IT Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company operating in the field of medical testing, disease diagnostics, and healthcare services, serving individual customers as well as healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities 

• Manage and operate the company’s LIS, HIS, and ERP platforms to ensure stable and efficient system performance.
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT initiatives related to system integration and upgrades.
• Work closely with cross-department teams to enhance operational workflows through technology solutions.
• Lead the IT team, allocate tasks, and maintain strong team productivity and performance.
• Ensure information security, safeguard data, and maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
• Manage the IT budget and oversee hardware and software assets.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, external partners, and headquarters during system deployment projects.
• Respond promptly and effectively to IT risks and major system incidents.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership position.
• Skills in networking, system administration, IT technical support, leadership, and communication.
• Responsible, proactive, reliable, adaptable, and capable of effective problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong focus and adaptability.
• Experience working within a Korean company environment.
• Understanding of the healthcare industry.
