HSE Supervisor

Job Responsibilities 

• Ensure safe execution of crane operations, heavy cargo lifting, and large-tonnage truck transportation activities.
• Conduct safety inspections prior to work commencement.
• Implement and monitor compliance with safety management regulations across the company.
• Perform day and night patrols at work areas to proactively identify and address unsafe behaviors.
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or quality-related issues when they occur.
• Provide guidance, training, and reminders to workers on safety procedures and requirements.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to clients and management levels. 

Job Requirements 

• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience in a manufacturing plant or construction site environment.
• Work environment is a logistics warehouse; however, most duties are performed outdoors due to transportation of products over 20 tons outside the facility.
• Strong knowledge and high awareness of high-risk operations and activities.
• Proficiency in Japanese or English language
• Able to commute to the work location independently.
