Job Responsibilities
- Understand the law.了解法律
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all procedures related to the human resources system. 制作计划、协调和管理与人力资源系统相关的所有程序
- Recruit senior-level positions. 招聘高级职位
- Manage recruitment and training, especially for senior-level positions. 招聘和培训管理，尤其是高级职位
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Chinese across 4 skills is required: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing. 中文需要四项技能流利：听、说、读、写
- College degree or higher in any major. 大专以上专业毕业
- 3-5 years of experience or more. 经验3- 5年以上
- Experience in recruiting senior-level positions. 有招聘高级职位的经验
