Our strategic partner is a leading wine wholesaler and retailer in Asia, currently expanding their operation in the Vietnam market.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resources Duties:
- Monitor the working status and attendance of all employees.
- Support the monthly payroll process, which includes checking attendance records, managing leave and overtime, handling social insurance procedures, and preparing required labor reports for government agencies.
- Manage PIT calculations and related procedures for both Vietnamese and expatriate staff.
- Handle the complete onboarding process for all new hires.
- Ensure all staff members understand and adhere to current company regulations and policies, and report on compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Maintain organized and systematic HR records, documents, filing systems.
- Manage the initial stages of recruitment, either through direct hiring or by coordinating with external agencies.
- Collaborate with the GA-HR Manager to process visas, work permits and other administrative requirements for foreign employees and visitors.
- Provide recommendations to management for improving internal regulations, policies, and HR procedures as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Office Admin duties:
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Act as the main contact for and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Work with internal teams and departments to improve office workflow and the overall work environment.
- Implement and oversee administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Arrange travel schedules and accommodations for employee business trips and corporate events.
- Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role within a FDI company.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Japanese (equivalent to N2 level).
- Demonstrated experience working as a human resources specialist in an FDI environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and other relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with standard office management and administrative practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A university or college degree in any major.
- Conversational English ability is a plus.
- Experience with visa and work permit processing for expatriates is preferred.
- An interest in or appreciation for wine is considered an advantage.
