HR Specialist

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job advertisements and screening resumes to conducting interviews and coordinating candidate selection with various departments.
• Manage candidate data and monitor the company’s annual recruitment plan to ensure manpower needs are met.
• Develop and implement suitable recruitment strategies to ensure the company’s competitive advantage in the current talent market.
• Develop, motivate and retain high-performing employees, while optimizing HR management processes.
• Be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors to the office and factory in Vietnam.
• Perform document translation and provide interpretation during meetings.
• Assist superiors in completing all assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Languages: Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing). English proficiency is an advantage.
• Education: College/University degree.
• Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
