Our strategic partner is a sales and customer care center branch of a leading international group specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of insoles.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Manage C&B functions: process monthly payroll, bonuses, social insurance, personal income tax, and other employee benefits in accordance with regulations.
- Manage, update, maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Support recruitment process (light workload): including job posting, CV screening, contacting candidates, conducting interviews.
- Ensure compliance with the Vietnamese Labor Law and related legal regulations; keep updated on changes, advise management, and implement them within the company.
- Develop, draft and implement internal HR policies, procedures and regulations tailored to the company’s needs.
- Handle office administration tasks: manage contracts, official documents, company seal, procurement of office supplies, and other office services.
- Act as the main point of contact and report directly to the Chinese CEO on all HR and administrative matters.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a General HR & Admin role.
- Fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate directly with the CEO.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
- Proficient in drafting official documents and developing HR policies and procedures.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in small companies (under 10 employees).
