HR & Administration Specialist

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company in the precision sheet metal industry, providing a wide range of products and solutions for electrical cabinets, power supply cabinets, network cabinets, subracks, sheet metal brackets, etc. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions.

Location: Quang Ninh, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan quarterly employee recruitment strategies and oversee hiring for senior/managerial positions, staff, technicians, and general workers.
  • Be familiar with various recruitment channels.
  • Review legal contracts related to human resources, such as agreements with headhunting firms and labor service providers.
  • Have a strong understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and related regulations, with experience in drafting contracts, policies, and procedural documents.
  • Manage training programs, including onboarding training for new employees and job-related training.
  • Shape, maintain, develop, and promote corporate culture to foster team cohesion and creativity, enhance team morale, and build harmonious employee relationships while addressing HR issues in company management.
  • Possess experience in handling foreign employees’ visa-related matters.
  • Oversee corporate administrative management, ensuring the execution and implementation of key company decisions.
  • Be familiar with safety management systems and regulations, including fire safety, workplace safety, occupational health, and environmental management.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese and Chinese (Chinese can be used as a working language); good English skills are a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting foreign employees.
  • Proven experience in developing business plans and strategies.
