Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Job Responsibilities
Legal Risk Management & Compliance:
- Oversee the review and due diligence of all contracts and transactional documents with third parties to ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s rights and legitimate interests.
- Identify, prevent and mitigate potential legal risks arising from third-party contracts and transactions by proactively coordinating with relevant departments.
- Manage the registration, maintenance, and protection of the company’s intellectual property (IP) assets. Handle cases of IP infringement to ensure the company’s ownership rights are fully protected.
- Manage all legal procedures for business registration, including submitting applications for updates, amendments, and other changes.
- Ensure the legal validity of all corporate authorizations and manage the company’s power of attorney framework.
- Act as the official representative for the company, General Director or Legal Representative in all legal matters before state administrative agencies and judicial bodies.
- Manage relationships with external legal service providers (law firms, consultants) and coordinate with them on legal issues as required.
Internal Advisory & Governance:
- Advise senior management on the legality, validity and compliance of all internal corporate documents, including policies, regulations, procedures and guidelines, ensuring they align with the law and the Company’s Charter.
- Provide legal counsel on and/or directly participate in handling employee labor disciplinary actions.
- Advise on or participate in debt collection processes (both accounts payable and receivable) to ensure evidence is properly established and resolutions are reached in the company’s best interest and in accordance with the law.
- Initiate and manage formal legal proceedings for debt recovery when internal collection efforts have been unsuccessful.
- Conduct or coordinate investigations into internal fraud or collusion, working independently or in collaboration with the Security, Risk Management, and Internal Audit departments as directed by the General Director.
Legal Training & Updates:
- Keep all relevant departments informed of new laws and regulations that may impact company operations through regular legal communications and updates.
- Organize and conduct specialized legal training sessions for various departments based on their operational needs.
Performance & Team Development:
- Ensure 100% of positions within the legal department have approved and implemented SOPs and/or Work Instructions, according to the approved schedule.
- Ensure the legal department provides exceptional internal service, achieving a compliance/satisfaction rate of ≥95% and ensuring any non-compliant issues are not repeated.
- Develop a succession pipeline and contribute to the growth of talent in the company’s development program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commercial Law or Civil Law.
- Must hold a valid lawyer practicing certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar legal management position from a company of a comparable size within the FMCG industry.
