Head of Advertising Operation

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiative Development: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to oversee all aspects of advertising , encompassing both supply-side and demand-side functions.
  • Operational Optimization: Innovate, streamline, and optimize operational workflows, processes, and advertising tools to enhance daily efficiency and productivity across the department.
  • Revenue Optimization and Campaign Management: Optimize publisher revenue, execute campaign setups, and continuously refine strategies to exceed business sales and performance targets.
  • Performance Analysis and Strategic Planning: Conduct comprehensive performance analyses on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to drive strategic advancements and operational enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support collaborative initiatives and business growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with media sales, business development, product management, and other teams to forecast publisher revenue accurately and optimize campaign performance.
  • Product Enhancements and Operational Improvements: Work cross-functionally to conceptualize, propose, pilot, and implement product enhancements and operational optimizations to drive departmental goals.
  • Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and drive all aspects of the Ad Operations department, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in advertising operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of optimizing publisher revenue, executing successful campaigns, and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed performance analyses and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive operational efficiencies and improvements.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving initiatives across multiple teams.
