Our strategic partner is a leading marketing firm specializing in on-ground User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for global clients across Gaming, Fintech, and Consumer App sectors, helping clients grow their user base through direct, physical interactions and guided onboarding.
Job Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of on-ground operational performance, moving away from “digital marketing” to focus on real-world execution
- Oversee mobile app user acquisition and activation campaigns at physical locations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of on-ground Promoters. You will proactively replace underperforming staff to ensure execution consistency.
- Drive daily performance targets, specifically the number of successful App Installs and First Activations per location.
- Manage allocated budgets for user incentives, rewards, promotional materials, and site logistics.
- Test, launch, and stabilize new activation environments in high-traffic locations beyond gaming cafés.
Job Requirements
- Experience managing field teams in industries such as ride-hailing services, consumer finance (e.g., FE Credit), telecommunications activations, logistics operations, or FMCG sales activations.
- Demonstrated capability in supervising frontline teams and being accountable for performance targets tied to specific locations.
- Ability to interpret and track operational performance metrics through dashboards to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to report directly to the CCO based in Singapore.
- A proactive, agile, and results-driven mindset with readiness to work directly in field operations.
