Job Responsibilities
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility:
- Fully comply with OHS and ENV policy and procedures.
- Ensure subordinates comply with all company OHS policy, procedures, standards, rules and regulations.
- Control annual H&S plan and environmental management objective of department.
- Manage housekeeping activities in work place.
- Provide staff with the necessary instruction, information, induction, training and supervision to enable work to be carried out safely.
- Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions as a result of hazard / incident reports or incident investigations
Maintenance Operation Management:
- Manage periodical maintenance plan and equipment improvement plan.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs to assess equipment operation condition and give instruction timely for improvement.
- Finalize spares list for order.
- Apply adequate preventive maintenance to all critical equipment.
Capex Projects and Plant Shutdown Plan Management:
- Assess and propose CAPEX list with clear background and proven efficiency
- Manage plant shutdown safely and effectively.
- Monitor and Control approved CAPEX projects.
- Apply best practice to improve and upgrade equipment
Maintenance Cost Management:
- Review and propose department’s maintenance budget.
- Monitor maintenance cost to ensure all expenses correctly and within budget.
- Utilize available resources to minimize third party maintenance cost.
- Develop strategy for critical equipment overhaul and plant shutdown plan to ensure no peak in financial plan.
People Management and Development:
- Develop succession plan and IDP for key staffs.
- Define competencies and training plan for department’s staffs.
- Coaching and consulting subordinates.
- Coordinate with functional departments to provide training courses for department’s staffs.
- Develop KPIs for department and subordinates.
- Monitor staff performance, motivate and recognize good / poor performers in time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in electrical engineering or above
- At least 5 years working in cement industry or heavy industry
- At least 3 years working in maintenance management position
- Capability to communicate fluently in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
- Computer skills: MS office, MS Project, ACAD
- Knowledge in SAP, IOPX Indicator
- Leadership Competencies: drive results, collaborate & influence, customer & market focus, challenge conventions, engage & inspire, attract & develop talent & build great teams
