Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant

Summary

The Digital Marketing & Communications Assistant is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital and content marketing strategies to strengthen PeopleWise’s brand presence, grow engagement, and enhance brand visibility across multiple social platforms. This role focuses on:

  • Increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness
  • Building a professional HR – recruitment – consulting community
  • Connecting with and nurturing relationships with potential clients
  • Driving revenue through integrated digital and social media campaigns

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media & Community Management
  • Develop and implement community growth and brand-building strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
  • Serve as the administrator for all official PeopleWise social pages, ensuring consistent updates, interaction, and timely responses.
  • Build and manage online communities (groups, forums) to foster engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and analyze platform analytics to assess performance and propose improvements.
  1. Content & Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to plan and create weekly/monthly channel-specific content calendars.
  • Produce and manage digital content, including:
  • Professional articles and insights for LinkedIn
  • Engaging and accessible service/client stories for Facebook
  • Short-form videos (reels/shorts) for TikTok & YouTube
  • Visual storytelling and announcements for Twitter (X)
  • Support content marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand recognition, and conversions.
  • Execute and track mini-campaigns for engagement, recruitment, and brand awareness goals.
  • Work closely with the Designer to ensure all visual content aligns with PeopleWise’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Contribute creative ideas for visual campaigns, infographics, and marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and external communications.
  1. Influencer & Partnership Marketing
  • Identify and collaborate with HR, recruitment, and industry influencers to expand PeopleWise’s reach.
  • Coordinate joint content creation, interviews, or webinars with key opinion leaders and partners.
  • Manage influencer relations and ensure brand alignment in all collaborations.
  1. Research, Analysis & Optimization
  • Analyze engagement metrics, campaign results, and audience insights to inform content and advertising strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social algorithms, and best practices in HR/recruitment marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, or a related field, at least 6 months to 1 year hands-on experience in social media, digital marketing, or community building.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X).
  • Proficiency in content writing, campaign planning, and tailoring messages to various audiences.
  • Basic design sense or experience working with creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with familiarity using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Content, Design, Sales, and Recruitment teams.
