Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Primary Focus):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities across Sales, Medical, Marketing, and support functions
- Formulate and execute hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define manpower planning and recruitment priorities
- Establish and maintain talent pools for key and critical positions
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen organizational reputation as an employer of choice
- Administer recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, career website, and social channels
- Work closely with Marketing to execute branding campaigns, career-related events, and internal engagement initiatives
- Enhance candidate journey and recruitment experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Coordinate with external recruitment partners and search firms to ensure service quality and effectiveness
- Supervise onboarding activities and probation assessment processes
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
- Administer payroll and employee benefits ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation frameworks aligned with market standards
- Develop and implement incentive programs including sales incentives, bonus structures, and KPI-driven rewards
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations, personal income tax requirements, social insurance, and internal policies
- Prepare HR analytics reports including headcount tracking, HR expenses, turnover rate, and compensation benchmarking
HRBP & Administrative Operations:
- Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law and corporate governance requirements
- Manage employee relations matters and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Supervise office administration including facilities, company assets, office supplies, and working environment
- Coordinate with service providers such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and leasing partners
- Monitor and manage administrative budgets and cost control activities
- Plan and organize corporate events, internal programs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure daily office operations run efficiently in alignment with internal policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 5-8 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits
- Prior experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors is advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law and HR operational practices
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
