Our strategic partner is a technology platform operating in the passenger transportation service sector, providing online booking solutions and facilitating connections between customers and service operators. The company is expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking to strengthen service quality and customer experience through key hires.
- Job Type: Contract (6-12 months)
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between international passengers and transport operators during night boarding periods
- Respond to urgent support requests and manage real-time issues occurring during night shifts
- Resolve concerns related to boarding procedures and pickup or drop-off locations
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of incident records arising during night operations
- Reach out to customers after their trip to gather feedback and properly record and categorize responses in the system
- Recognize repeated customer concerns and provide insights to the Customer Service department
- Assist with customer communication during peak travel periods and perform additional assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–4 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Strong English communication ability is required
- Previous experience in customer support or hospitality industry is preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends
- Ability to maintain a solution-focused mindset under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and coordination capabilities
- Awareness of cultural differences when working with international customers
- Able to work in rotational shifts
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is required.
