Job Responsibilities
- Ensure finished products manufactured at external supplier facilities in Southeast Asia comply with company quality standards and customer specifications prior to shipment to the United States market.
- Conduct proactive quality monitoring through on-site factory evaluations.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee third-party product inspections.
- Drive corrective and preventive measures to minimize product defects, non-compliance cases, and potential supply interruptions.
- Act as the primary local quality contact for assigned suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing and product teams to maintain product quality consistency and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
- University degree or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality inspection or quality assurance.
- Prior exposure to the packaging manufacturing sector will be considered an advantage.
- Good product understanding and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
