Our strategic partner is a technology platform operating in the passenger transportation service sector, providing online booking solutions and facilitating connections between customers and service operators. The company is expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking to strengthen service quality and customer experience through key hires.
- Job Type: Contract (6-12 months)
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate ticket inventory and pricing information across relevant platforms.
- Configure and maintain Global Distribution System (GDS) connectivity for transport partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address system-related matters.
- Provide technical assistance to partners regarding platform usage and related inquiries.
- Manage and follow up on product-related claims submitted by partners.
- Apply diagnostic tools such as log review to identify and resolve system issues.
- Provide suggestions to enhance internal tools, workflows, and product features.
- Support reporting and data-related activities for business leadership when required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or business development support is advantageous.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel capability.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Ability to work on-site in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi and travel when required by business needs.
