Application Engineer

Our strategic partner is a sales and customer care center branch of a leading international group specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of insoles.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and demonstration of medical products and devices.
• Support senior engineers in conducting product training for customers, doctors, nurses, and distributors.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, under supervision.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the technical and product development teams.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and training materials.
• Participate in customer visits, site surveys, or workshops with the sales and support team.
• Learn and comply with company processes and healthcare regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Electronics, or related technical field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Eagerness to learn about medical equipment and healthcare systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training or customer support (within or outside the city).
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and basic English (technical reading/writing).
