Accountant Staff

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company specializing in manufacturing electronics and connectors used in data transmission systems. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions.

Location: Long An, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Accounting:

  • Manage the full cycle of accounting paperwork, including printing, organizing, and storing essential documents such as purchase invoices, sales invoices, customs declarations, payment records.
  • Compile all necessary documentation, data and reports required for VAT refund applications.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping by entering financial data into MISA software, ensuring all entries comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
  • Prepare and process the data and figures needed for creating financial reports that adhere to VAS.
  • Assist with various financial reviews, including internal and external audits, tax inspections, and the tax refund process.

Financial Report:

  • Create official financial statements in line with Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
  • Complete and submit regular Value Added Tax (VAT) declarations.
  • Compile detailed registers of all purchase invoices, sales invoices, and related documents for reporting purposes.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A college or university degree with a major in Accounting or a related field.
  • Professional Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) is required, along with a good understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, customs laws, and import/export procedures.
  • Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in either English or Chinese.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, specifically within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in using Misa accounting software.
  • Experience in identifying and managing risks associated with input invoices.
  • Strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and common web browsers.
  • A proactive approach to learning and strong logical reasoning skills.
  • Capable of preparing and presenting reports that are clear and easy to understand.
  • Adaptable and effective at resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment and manage deadlines.
  • A collaborative team member with good communication skills for working with various departments.
