The company specializes in construction execution, operational solutions, and the provision of solutions and products related to pure water treatment and wastewater treatment systems for industrial sectors.
Job Responsibilities
- Design general arrangement layouts and plot plans for water treatment systems based on P&ID documentation.
- Develop three-dimensional models for water treatment systems using AutoCAD Plant 3D software.
- Prepare bills of materials and requests for quotation for piping, structural components, tanks, and other mechanical items.
- Carry out mechanical design work for piping systems, skids, vessels, tanks, piping racks, and platforms in accordance with specifications, P&ID, and layout requirements.
- Produce two-dimensional shop drawings and isometric drawings derived from three-dimensional models.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Age ranges from 25 to 32 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or environmental engineering.
- Fundamental knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical engineering, fluid engineering, and material selection.
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID documents accurately.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with piping systems.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Plant 3D for engineering design tasks.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D with strong operational proficiency.
- Understanding of material standards applied to structures, storage tanks, vessels, and piping systems, such as JIS or equivalent standards.
- Knowledge of piping drawings, isometric drawings, and fabrication drawings, with preference for experience in JIS and PVC piping systems.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and engineering drawings in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to use Advanced Steel software, structural analysis tools, or BIM software is considered an advantage.
- Preference for candidates with experience acting as AutoCAD Plant 3D administrators.
- Strong commitment to quality, responsibility, and contribution to organizational objectives.
- High level of motivation with a proactive learning attitude.
- Preference for candidates with prior working experience in Japanese companies.
