Senior Human Resources – Business Partner

Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with strong experience in the manufacturing industry. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving workforce planning, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategies. The Senior HRBP plays a critical role in aligning people initiatives with business strategy to support sustainable performance and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business objectives into effective workforce and people strategies aligned with the annual workforce plan and overall HR strategy.
  • Lead strategic workforce planning and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent pipelines and solutions to support current and future business unit operational needs.
  • Working closely with leadership team for performance management to ensure alignment between business outcomes and HR priorities.
  • Oversee performance evaluation cycles, performance reviews, and succession planning, with a strong focus on leadership, middle management, and critical roles.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design and evolve organizational structures, assess capability gaps, and drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Provide trusted counsel and expert guidance to executives and managers on complex and sensitive people matters, including employee relations, performance, and organizational change.
  • Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle, enhancing employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Drive and support cross-functional and cross department related to workforce planning, budgeting, organizational effectiveness, and people transformation.
  • Champion change management initiatives and support leaders through organizational transformation efforts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong experience leading HR-related transformation, change management, and complex projects.
  • Proven leadership experience at a senior level, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with executive and senior management.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing and evolving performance management frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
