Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Implementation:

Create and carry out detailed marketing strategies that support the company’s main objectives.
Analyze market data and competitor activities to spot new trends and areas for growth among consumers.
Manage the product lifecycle, including design, costs, and market entry, focusing on what the customer needs.

Campaign & Media Management:

Set advertising goals, choose the right platforms, and distribute resources to ensure campaigns are successful.
Track how well campaigns are performing and update tactics based on shifts in the market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal departments like Sales, Finance, Product Development and Logistics to make sure marketing efforts match operational targets.

Team Leadership:

Guide and train junior team members, including Assistant Brand Managers and Brand Assistants, to help them grow professionally.

Budget & Performance Reporting:

Create financial plans for marketing, estimate future trends, and report on results.

Job Requirements

University degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
At least 04 years of relevant work history in marketing or brand management, preferably within the consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff effectively.
Skilled in data analysis, strategic planning, and finding solutions to complex issues.
Proficient verbal and written skills in English and the local language.
Capable of handling tight deadlines and adjusting quickly to a fast-paced environment.
