Job Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for coordinating and managing all financial activities of the company in Vietnam.
- Design, refine, and execute financial management frameworks and internal policies, including financial analysis, budgeting, accounting processes, and cost management.
- Carry out financial risk assessments and apply appropriate measures to effectively control identified risks.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial analysis reports based on multi-dimensional data covering financial status, business performance, operational results, and cash flow.
- Deliver professional financial evaluations and advisory input to assist management in decision-making.
- Supervise and analyze key operational and financial indicators such as budget implementation, inventory management, turnover efficiency, and capital effectiveness.
- Generate periodic financial diagnostic reports, identify potential risks or issues, and recommend timely corrective actions to support business and production operations.
- Manage cost control through budgeting processes and daily financial supervision, including expense requests, approval workflows, and efficiency of capital usage.
- Monitor, analyze, and consolidate accounting and cost information, with particular emphasis on production costing within the garment and apparel manufacturing context.
- Oversee tax, capital, and cash flow management activities in Vietnam.
- Execute compliant tax planning initiatives aimed at reducing tax exposure and minimizing financial and capital operation risks.
- Prepare necessary explanations, documentation, and financial data for submission to tax authorities, auditors, and inspection agencies upon request.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audit and inspection processes.
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team with a focus on performance outcomes.
- Be responsible for hiring, task assignment, performance review, and professional development of finance team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in finance or accounting positions within the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in financial management within manufacturing environments, with solid understanding of costing, inventory management, and production-related financial operations.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations, with practical experience working with tax authorities and auditors.
- Strong analytical thinking, reporting capability, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, effective communication skills, and strong cross-functional coordination capability.
- Chinese (Mandarin) language proficiency for work-related communication and reporting is required or strongly preferred.
