Merchandiser

Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company in the textile and apparel manufacturing industry. The company is currently seeking a Printing & Embroidery Merchandiser to ensure printing and embroidery outsourcing activities are executed on schedule, in compliance with technical requirements, and meet the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities 

• Monitor and manage the printing/embroidery production timeline at external subcontracting workshops.
• Inspect product quality after printing/embroidery (color, placement, durability, and design accuracy).
• Receive goods from the internal warehouse and deliver them to printing/embroidery subcontractors.
• Record quantities for goods handover and receipt, and prepare handover documentation.
• Coordinate with the Technical team and QA/QC to resolve issues arising during subcontracting processing.
• Ensure subcontracting workshops strictly follow the company’s required procedures and technical standards.
• Collect goods after processing and hand them over to the next department (cutting/sewing/warehouse).
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, quantities, and quality of subcontracted printing/embroidery goods.
• Propose process improvements to enhance work efficiency.

Job Requirements 

• Graduated from Intermediate Vocational Education /College or higher, majoring in Garment/Textile or related fields.
• Chinese or English proficiency.
• At least 5 years of experience in printing/embroidery follow-up or subcontracting management.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes, especially printing and embroidery stages.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
