Job Responsibilities
Increase fertilizer sales volume for the Industrial Client Group:
- Maintain and develop sales volume from existing customers.
- Work with Headquarters and suppliers to propose sales strategies aimed at increasing competitiveness and boosting revenue.
Business Development for the Industrial Client Group:
- Develop the industrial client base, including manufacturing plants and plantations that use products directly.
- Research production capacity and product demand of industrial clients (factories and plantations).
- Consolidate market analysis and competitor reports to propose business strategies.
Operational Management for the Industrial Client Group:
- Develop sales processes for industrial clients when new business models arise.
- Collaborate with functional departments and fertilizer retail channels to coordinate stock allocation, plan volume, and ensure operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Full-time) in Economics, Foreign Trade or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B Sales or International Business within the Fertilizer industry (Inorganic fertilizer experience is preferred).
- Knowledge of Foreign Trade (Import-Export).
- Knowledge of B2B sales.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective working skills and high productivity.
