Our strategic partner belongs to an international retailer headquartered in Europe, specializing in interior and exterior furniture. They are currently expanding their business operations in Vietnam and are seeking to fill key positions for this new market.

Job Responsibilities
- Create and apply policies for the company’s management systems to help meet our targets for quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Build and oversee the company’s management frameworks for quality, safety, and efficiency, and confirm they are functioning correctly.
- Guide and develop the internal systems team, making sure they have the necessary expertise to contribute to overall business improvement.
- Confirm that all business activities adhere to applicable regulations and industry standards to protect the company’s public standing.
- Work with other departments to address and resolve issues, helping to maintain smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Perform periodic internal reviews to find opportunities for the ongoing improvement of our management systems.
- Manage the process of reviewing and modifying the management system to support the company’s growth and changing needs
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in system management or a closely related area; candidates with an external auditor certificate are strongly preferred.
- A solid understanding of management systems related to safety, environmental standards, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 and similar quality management standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with teams across different departments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate staff.
- The ability to resolve internal operational problems, whether working alone or with a team.
