Our strategic partner is a professional manufacturer of international products such as shoe soles, sandals, sports equipment and more. The company is currently expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is looking to recruit personnel for several key positions.
Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and record the sales revenue, income and expenditures of the Sales team in the company’s system.
- Prepare and submit monthly expense reports via the company’s system.
- Calculate revenue and commissions for the Sales team.
- Perform core accounting functions, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, processing payments, etc.
- Calculate, declare and submit various types of taxes in accordance with regulations.
- Manage invoices and related accounting documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 certificate or higher).
- Strong knowledge and skills in general accounting, tax law, tax accounting, and tax finalization.
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing financial statements and tax reports.
- Solid understanding of corporate tax regulations.
- Proficient in office software, especially MS Excel.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, honest.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and under high pressure
