Production Manager (Vung Tau)

Our strategic partner is leading player in the Building Materials industry.

Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment:

  • To follow and ensure all staffs in shift following the regulations, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities of employees in OHS&E
  • To establish the best condition of OHSE and review risk assessment and maintain them daily group activities
  • Review and be proactive for all hazards, near miss incidents, PTO, SOT.
  • Provide and maintain training necessary for personnel in shift at least 3 months as requirements before official working.
  • Maintain and review all safety tools: FPE, WIs, JSA, for staff to ensure related working must be cleared to apply using Right to Stop Work

People Development:

  • To develop and provide training for Process personnel on skills and knowledge.
  • Detect and develop excellent persons
  • Training MWFT for colleague in department.
  • Staff multiskill training (SL- CCR- MFO-PFO)

TV Production Operation:

  • To sustain a rate of plant and equipment availability that allows for non-interrupted operation

Raw Materials and Fuel Management:

  • Establish, effectively and transparently maintain raw materials management and stock reporting system.
  • Ensure no loss of materials due too poor management
  • To ensure effective management of the Terminal fuels, other production consumables

Ensure Product Quality:

  • Develop and review process procedure according to ISO 9001 / ISO14001
  • Make sure staff follow-up strictly process procedures and WI
  • Coordinate with maintenance to make sure equipment function to be maintained and operation correctly.
  • Corporate with QA to monitor quality strictly.

Others:

  • Define and manage the gaps on system based on the management tools ( KPI tracking, RCA, MATURITY, IPOx, FP, CAPEX…) and make it under control
  • Cooperatively and effectively communicating with logistic, maintenance and the companywide planning team

Job Requirements

  • Engineer in Polytechnic University or above.
  • More than three years process experiences in heavy industry.
  • Knowledge in cement manufacturing and critical cement manufacturing equipment.
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge on SAP system are preferred.
  • Capability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese.
