Job Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify, report and monitor the correction of product defects during the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with related departments to resolve issues and maintain quality.
- Record and maintain quality inspection records according to established procedures.
- Participate in and support training sessions related to quality control.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in quality inspection and control processes within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a QA/QC role, preferably in the export textile/garment industry.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to detect defects quickly.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with colleagues and other departments.
