Production Operator/Shift Leader

Our strategic partner is a Singaporean company specializing in producing high-quality chemical additives.

Location: Long An, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, receive raw materials according to the production plan, and execute operating procedures to complete production tasks. 操作生产设备，根据生产计划领原材料，并执行操作流程以完成生产任务。
• Continuously monitor technical parameters during the production process, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc., and make timely adjustments according to technical requirements to ensure the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality. 持续监控生产过程中的技术参数，如温度、压力、流量等，并根据技术要求及时调整，确保生产过程的稳定性和产品质量的一致性。
• Perform quality checks on semi-finished and finished products during the production process, such as visual inspection and component analysis, to promptly identify quality issues and take corresponding measures. 生产过程中的半成品和成品质量检查，如检查外观、成分分析，及时发现质量问题并采取相应措施。
• Strictly comply with chemical safety operating procedures, conduct regular safety inspections at the production site, and promptly detect and handle hazards such as equipment failures and chemical leaks to ensure the safety of the production environment. 严格遵守化学品安全操作程序，在生产现场进行定期安全检查，及时检测和处理设备故障、化学品泄漏等危害，确保生产环境安全
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on production equipment to keep it in good operating condition. When equipment issues arise, carry out timely repairs and troubleshooting. 设备维护：对生产设备进行定期维护工作，使设备保持良好的运行状态，当设备出现问题时，及时进行维修和故障排除。
• Maintain workplace hygiene, regularly clean equipment, and prevent chemical and cross-contamination. Classify, collect, and dispose of waste generated during the production process in accordance with regulations to ensure environmental protection requirements are met. 保持工作场所卫生，定期清洁设备，防止化学品污染和交叉污染。 按照规定对生产过程中产生的废物进行分类、收集和处理，确保满足环境保护要求。
• Other tasks, such as patrolling the production area, recording inspection results, and promptly detecting abnormal situations. Assist other departments in completing related tasks, such as participating in production planning, assisting the quality department with quality improvement, etc. 其他工作，如在生产区巡逻，记录检查结果，及时发现异常情况。 协助其他部门完成相关工作，如参与生产规划、协助质量部门改进质量等。

Job Requirements

• College degree or higher. Major in Applied Chemistry or Petrochemicals. (Recent or past graduates accepted). 大专以上学历。应用化学或石油化工相关专业。（应届毕业或往届毕业）
• Age 24 to 35. 年龄24到35岁。
• Over 2 years of relevant work experience in the chemical industry is preferred. Familiar with knowledge of the chemical industry. Able to master process operation procedures through training and learning. Able to master issued operating procedures. Able to strictly follow operating procedures. (For experienced candidates). 有相关化工工作经验两年以上优先。熟悉化工行业相关知识。能够通过培训和学习掌握工艺操作流程。能够掌握下发的操作规程。能够严格按照操作规程去操作。(相关经验者）
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve faults that occur in daily production. 能够排查日常生产中出现的故障。能够接受三班两倒工作制。
• Diligent, strong communication skills, hardworking and resilient. 工作认真，沟通能力强，吃苦耐劳。
• Able to accept a 3-team, 2-shift work system (12-hour shifts). 能够接受三班两倒工作制。
• Able to master the company’s production processes and operating procedures through training and learning. 能够通过培训学习掌握公司生产流程和操作规程。
• Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. 能够使用汉语优先。
