Preventive Maintenance Manager

Our strategic partner is leading player in the Building Materials industry.

Location: Kien Giang, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

OH&S Responsibilities:

• Build, manage & assess OH&S annual plan of dept. Manage serious, medium & near miss incidents, keep track of hazards at works, and perform risk assessment and control for all department activities.
• To follow and ensure staff to follow the regulations, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities of employees in OHS&E
• Manage housekeeping in workplaces.

Department Management and Coordination:

• Coordinating the preventive maintenance team.
• Look for new develops and technologies and share the knowledge with other company plants.
• Supporting the maintenance manager to achieve the business objectives.
• Responsible to ensure the success of the “HN PMI” on SAP
• Review and manage maintenance cost as budget.
• Coordinate with other departments production, maintenance, quarry, QA… for daily, weekly, monthly, yearly plan to do maintenance.
• Prepare spares with the plan and analysis with FMEA.

Prevent Equipment from problems by using PM techniques and methods:

• Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis (SOLVE, FMEA) and ensure that that preventive maintenance routines database is updated according to the results.
• Ensure that the preventive maintenance activities (Lubrication, CbM, and Planning are carried out. Together with heads).
• Detecting and monitoring of equipment such as: oil sample, NDT, vibration analysis, thermal and equipment problems with FMEA.
• Extract equipment downtime weekly, monthly, yearly to do RCFA and follow up action to eliminate the problem.

Maintenance Cost Control:

• Control the maintenance cost to meet with budget and overall business objectives.
• Plant CAPEX coordination, following, monitoring progress and report to meet plant budget approved and timeline.

Plant Shutdown Planning and Execution:

• Plan, execute and control the plant shutdown on purpose within timeline and high-quality work to satisfy operation/business campaign.
• Manage the shutdown cost within budget.
• Manage Completion Certification qualification and process payment

MAC-SAP Sustainability:

• Facilitate INSEE MAC-SAP model to maintenance department & relative departments

People Management & Development for Future:

• Monitoring of succession plan at all levels to ensure its implemented.
• Ensure training planned implemented & follow up.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure fairly assessment, motivating and recognize good / poor performers

Job Requirements

• University graduate in an electrical / mechanical engineer
• Qualified preventive maintenance PME (Group Technical)
• Qualified management and cement course from Group Technical
• Working with heavy equipment, Structures
• Experience in cement industry with maintenance management, shutdown planning.
• Experience in team management, supervisory, leadership
