Senior Business Development Specialist

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Partner Performance Optimization: Evaluate and optimize partner performance through continuous support, analysis of performance metrics, and making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate potential partners and competitors, identifying opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve individual and team KPIs, ensuring seamless project implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Value Proposition: Master the company’s services and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients, demonstrating how they meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic Business Planning: Lead the planning and execution of new business strategies and initiatives, including market entry strategies, partnership agreements, and revenue growth plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales, preferably within the [industry sector].
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
