Advertising Operation Specialist

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Advertising Tag : Develop and deploy advertising tags to streamline the sale of company ad inventory to partners.
• Campaign Implementation and Management: Execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Performance Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize inventory allocation, pricing strategies, and system enhancements for maximizing revenue.
• Product and Tool Proficiency: Develop a comprehensive understanding of company products, Google’s advertising tools, and partner integrations to effectively support operational activities.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to address customer issues related to system functionality and revenue generation, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and reports as assigned by managers and leaders to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Proven experience in digital advertising operations, including campaign management and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, ad serving platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
