Job Responsibilities
- Lead overall commercial activities to drive revenue growth, maximize profitability, and develop sustainable client relationships across the company’s service offerings.
- Take responsibility for strategic planning, team leadership, revenue optimization, and market expansion initiatives.
- Strategic Planning and Revenue Growth
- Develop growth strategies covering all service categories of the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue plans and monitor implementation progress.
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved or exceeded according to assigned objectives.
- Oversee profit performance for individual projects and client portfolios.
- Strengthen customer relationships by increasing collaboration frequency and expanding service usage.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities among different service lines.
- Recommend new services, products, or revenue models aligned with market trends.
- Market Research and Market Entry Strategy
- Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and evolving customer demands.
- Product and Service Development
- Review and improve existing service quality to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Identify key customer segments and determine suitable engagement strategies.
- Guide the development of new services including concept exploration, evaluation, testing, and implementation.
- Design strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and specialized departments to plan service launches.
- Define brand positioning strategies and core value propositions for each service group.
- Propose the adoption of new technologies or platforms to strengthen competitive capability.
- Sales Operations and Process Standardization
- Design and standardize the sales funnel, including customer nurturing and conversion processes.
- Establish criteria for lead qualification and customer segmentation.
- Develop revenue forecasting procedures and manage the sales pipeline.
- Apply CRM systems and automation tools to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and develop teams including Account, Business Development partners, Planner, and Marketing members.
- Assign performance objectives, evaluate results, and provide coaching to improve team capabilities.
- Establish effective collaboration frameworks between departments including Venue Operation, Project Management, Creative, and Back-office functions such as Finance, HR, and Legal.
- Cultivate a team culture focused on proactivity, results orientation, transparency, and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 04 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing, or commercial-related roles.
- At least 03 years of experience managing teams.
- Experience directly responsible for revenue targets or profit and loss management.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in agency environments, e-commerce businesses, or fast-growing service companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
