Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities 

• Design machinery, equipment, and mechanical assemblies
• Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Conduct on-site assessments of existing machines at customer facilities before design or improvement activities
• Monitor and supervise mechanical fabrication processes performed at workshops or by external contractors
• Inspect dimensions, tolerances, and overall quality of components after machining
• Collaborate in resolving technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process
• Participate in machine installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair tasks
• Coordinate with electrical and control teams during machine servicing activities
• Provide technical assistance and basic operational and maintenance guidance to customers
• Recommend improvements to enhance machine stability and extend equipment lifespan.

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Mechatronics
• Experience in industrial machine design and/or machine servicing
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Understanding of mechanical machining processes, tolerances, and assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites when required.
