Recruitment & Training Officer

Our strategic partner is a manufacturing enterprise operating in the stone materials industry, supplying products to both domestic and international markets. Currently, the company is in a phase of operational standardization, production stabilization, and enhancement of organizational discipline and product quality to support its sustainable development in Vietnam

Job Responsibilities 

  • Ensure the factory maintains adequate manpower with the right personnel at the right time to meet production requirements and operational plans.
  • Receive recruitment requests from production and factory departments.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans for positions such as production workers, team leaders, QC staff, maintenance staff, and other technical roles according to operational needs and timeline to avoid production disruption.
  • Publish job postings, screen candidate applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with department heads for interviews and onboarding arrangements.
  • Manage recruitment channels, candidate database, and recruitment documentation.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans for new employees.
  • Manage employee onboarding documentation and organize new employee orientation activities.
  • Organize orientation training programs for newly joined employees.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to design skill training programs and periodic training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements for training programs.
  • Maintain training records and documentation according to factory standards.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Female candidates aged from 26 to 35 years old.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in hiring for factory workers and technical positions.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources management, Labor Law, Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax regulations.
  • Ability to source, screen, and interview factory workers and technical staff.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and situation handling skills.
  • Honest, responsible, and proactive in work.
  • Responsive and attentive in daily tasks.
