Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across both digital platforms and offline channels.
- Manage brand positioning, communication messaging, and overall content direction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Track campaign performance and implement optimization actions based on KPIs and analytical insights.
- Coordinate with Sales, Performance, and Creative teams to maintain consistency and effectiveness in marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation and cost control.
- Recommend new marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and expand market presence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines; MBA is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in a Korean company is preferred.
- Knowledge or familiarity with the healthcare sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and marketing tracking tools.
- Strong capability in data analysis and performance optimization.
- 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales-related roles.
- Strategic thinking capability.
- Proactive working attitude.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Innovative thinking and professional working style.
- Work is mainly office-based with frequent meetings and occasional travel requirements.
- Fast-paced and high-pressure working environment requiring focus and adaptability.
- Safe office environment with occasional external visits when required.
