Sales Manager (B2B)

Our strategic partner is an international company operating in the field of medical testing, disease diagnostics, and healthcare services, serving individual customers as well as healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting corporate clients.
  • Ensure the sales team achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Supervise the preparation of proposals, quotations, and contract processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and acquire new corporate customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports including performance indicators and market insights, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to promote laboratory testing services.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with corporate clients.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong skills in sales management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Leadership capability to manage and guide a sales team.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Proactive and reliable working attitude.
  • Professional working style.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and maintain strong focus.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Experience working in a Korean company is preferred.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry is an advantage.
