Our strategic partner is an international company operating in the field of medical testing, disease diagnostics, and healthcare services, serving individual customers as well as healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the assigned client portfolio while building long-term business relationships.
- Identify and approach potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners to introduce laboratory testing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments on projects or tasks when required.
- Prepare client reports and sales forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales or account management.
- Skills in account management, negotiation, communication, sales planning, and reporting.
- Client-focused mindset with strong result orientation.
- Proactive working style and professional attitude.
- Ability to adapt to a high-pressure working environment.
- Understanding of the healthcare sector.
- Experience working in a Korean company is considered an advantage.
