Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Group Brand Manager with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This position is responsible for all aspects of big brands management, from marketing strategy and campaign deployment to performance analysis and new product launches. The job holder will collaborate across departments to ensure brand alignment with business goals, optimizing performance and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic direction of assigned brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company’s short-term, mid-term, and long-term business strategies in terms of Volume, Revenue, Market Share, and Profit.
  • Define strategic objectives and positioning for existing and new brands/products within the portfolio, identifying new business opportunities through new product launches or growth of existing brands to achieve Marketing department’s strategic goals in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Develop plans, set objectives, allocate resources, establish processes and procedures, provide guidance and training, and implement strategic actions to achieve the company’s short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals for the assigned brand portfolio.
  • Plan, execute, analyze, and report on all market research activities for each brand within the portfolio, gaining deep understanding of customer and industry needs to inform product strategy and achieve Marketing department’s strategic goals.
  • Plan, execute, report, analyze, and evaluate 360-degree marketing campaigns for the assigned brand portfolio, encompassing events, advertising, Above-the-Line and Below-the-Line activities to attract consumers, grow market share, and achieve company goals. Propose improvements, address campaign gaps, and ensure efficient budget utilization within approved DMEC/Net Sales limits to maximize brand profitability.
  • Develop plans, set objectives, allocate resources, establish processes and procedures, provide guidance and training, and implement short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic actions to achieve the company’s goals for the assigned brand portfolio.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance. MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in Marketing, managing FMCG brands, preferably in the beverage industry. At least 3 years of experience managing multiple brands across different categories in a large-scale company.
  • Extensive experience in developing long-term, mid-term, and short-term Marketing strategies (4P) and coordinating business activities for multiple brands across different categories (Product Positioning, Pricing, Communication, Distribution Channels).
  • Strong experience in developing strategies for multiple brands across different categories, from strategic planning to executing 360-degree marketing campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH, Activation, etc.) with a strong understanding of the IMC process.
  • Experience in creative development and production of at least 8 TV commercials with international creative agencies, understanding the roles of Account Management, Creative Director, Planner, and Production House.
  • Experience managing a minimum of 3 brands across 3 different categories with independent budget control, including 2 brands with limited budgets and 1 brand with a top 10 market share marketing budget.
  • Proven track record of successful brand results (Market Share, Brand Health) and sales performance for managed brands (at least 5 years) with cumulative brand sales of 4.000 billion VND/year or equivalent.
  • Experience in product launch and development of company business plans.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various departments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
