Our Partner is a leading digital financial service (FDI) company in Vietnam, specializing in providing financial consulting services and short-term and medium-term online loans.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a new car loan product from inception to launch. This includes defining the target customer profile, determining appropriate lending rates and loan terms, and establishing the overall product journey.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the car loan landscape, including competitor analysis, customer needs and emerging trends.
- Analyze the liquidity of different vehicle types to inform lending decisions and ensure competitive loan rates and terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines. Ensure the car loan product and associated processes comply with all legal requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and officials.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with car dealerships, insurance providers, and other relevant businesses to expand market reach and generate leads.
- Track key performance indicator to monitor the success of the car loan product and make adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience from 2- 3 years in the fintech industry, experience in sales and business development, including customer identification, negotiate pricing and terms.
- Previous experience with car loan models is a significant advantage.
- Experience in the banking, financial institution or pawnshop industry is highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of regulations related to lending and the State Bank of Vietnam. Experience interacting with regulatory bodies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
