IT Helpdesk

Our Partner is a leading digital financial company in Vietnam, specializing in providing financial consulting services and short-term and medium-term online loans.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Hybrid and Onsite.

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of the ETL mail system. Identify and report any system errors promptly to the IT team for resolution, ensuring uninterrupted user access and functionality.
  • Generate payment tickets for recurring expenses, including internet, printer supplies, 4G SIM cards and desk phone services. Follow up with the accounting department to ensure ticket approval and processing, including reminding management for final authorization.
  • Coordinate monthly with external partners to obtain hard copies of invoices. Scan and submit invoices to IT team for payment processing. Obtain necessary signatures from administrative staff on the hard copies. Deliver the signed hard copies and the corresponding Purchase Request file to the accounting department.
  • Manage user accounts within relevant systems. Submit requests to the IT Helpdesk for new account creation for onboarding employees and account deactivation for departing employees.
  • Conduct daily checks of network devices including routers, switches, access points, printers. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues reported by employees, addressing slow performance and outages.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills are mandatory.
  • At least from 2 to 5 years of working experience in the same role
  • Experience using ticketing systems for tracking and resolving IT issues.
  • Understanding of basic network concepts and ability to troubleshoot common network connectivity problems.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues and take initiative to resolve them.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
