Our strategic partner is a well-known brand in the nutrition manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success in the Vietnam marketplace. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there is a strategic need to enhance organizational capacity and drive revenue growth and market share.

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

Summary

This role is responsible for establishing the organization’s business strategy, and developing initiatives to drive revenue growth, market share, and long-term profitability. This role reports directly to the CEO and manages multi-functions with the aim of developing the team, implementing company goals, and aligning with the objectives of other divisions to achieve short- and long-term business goals.

Job Responsibilities

Business Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement the company’s business strategy to achieve leader in Vietnam market, ensuring revenue growth according to set targets and optimizing workforce resources for sustainable profitability.
  • Analyze and identify new market opportunities, partners, and potential areas for market share expansion.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s competitive position, brand, and market share.
  • Plan, design, develop, and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both new and existing products, covering all aspects of sales, marketing, and distribution.
  • Monitor market trends, regularly review and provide competitor analysis and customer insights.
  • Develop policies to drive sales, increase current customer engagement and loyalty, and attract new customers.
  • Identify opportunities, present findings, and recommend brand innovation, new product development, and market expansion strategies.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships within the organization and with external strategic partners and relevant government agencies.
  • Proactively develop effective solutions to address market challenges.

People & Organizational Development:

  • Review, develop organizational structure, and optimize processes and budgets to meet short- and long-term goals.
  • Cultivate organizational transformation, develop business mission and vision, and implement it across departments to achieve common goals, ensuring efficient operation of teams, departments, and business units for long-term development and sustainable growth.
  • Develop strategic business plans for sales channels in the medium and long term, lead and develop high-performing teams to meet business objectives.
  • Guide and advise key leaders in the organization to collaborate efforts towards common goals.
  • Create a positive and inclusive work environment to attract and retain top talent.
  • Promote a culture of compliance by establishing appropriate measures and management policies.
  • Represent the CEO in case of absence and support the CEO in providing effective leadership, setting strategic direction, driving implementation, managing the team, and promoting the right culture and values.
  • Develop rewards & recognitions, motivation programs to drive high performance, creativity, and results.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing departments, sales, and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in senior executive level such as Commercial Director or General Manager, preferably in the nutrition or food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, including prior experience as a General Director or Chief Marketing Officer or Chief Commercial Officer, with the ability to lead and drive significant revenue growth in an organization with size around from 3000 to 5000 employees.
  • Experience in building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills within the organization and with strategic partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve business objectives and vision.
  • Expertise in exploring new market opportunities, enhancing marketing performance and brand building, improving consumer engagement, and customer development.
  • Strong skills in analyzing consumer insights and market trends, identifying new opportunities, and creating innovative strategies to drive market development and revenue growth.
