The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Summary

Our Strategic Partner seeks an accomplished COO with experience in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG industry. This position oversees a diverse range of all operation management, including functions: Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, Corporate Internal Communication, Information Technology and Compliance to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across the organization and drive to meet business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the organizational structure, optimize processes, establish policies, culture development, vision, and standards for the organization’s operations. The goal is to ensure that teams, departments, and business units operate as efficiently as possible to achieve long-term development and sustainable growth.
  • Manage and provide solutions that create positive experiences and add value across all functions focused on delivering common services in areas including: Human Resources, Asset Management, Information Technology, Finance and Communication Center.
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction for all functions under management, aligning with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Oversee the daily operations of all functions in charge to ensure efficient and effective service delivery across organization to support Business Unit to meet goals and objectives.
  • Manage and provide solutions that create positive experiences and generate value across all organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs and enhance service quality.
  • Develop, cascade and implement key performance indicators to monitor operation performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and mentoring a high-performing team of professionals across various functional areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including ensuring compliance both before and after decisions are made by the Board of Directors.
  • Stay updated of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations in FMCG industry.
  • Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields such as Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a COO role or similar management position.
  • Ability to provide direction, manage and organize tasks. Inspire and empower employees to develop and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to assess the business environment, understand market trends and make appropriate strategic decisions.
  • Ability to analyze information and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to flexibly identify, assess and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecast financials and evaluate the organization’s financial performance.
  • Technological understanding and adaptability.
