Our strategic partner is a popular brand in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The company has achieved significant success and has recently invested in production line technology and infrastructure. Due to continued growth and overall expansion, there are some strategic recruitment needs for the following positions to upgrade the organization and enhance people capability.

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam

Summary

Our Partner seeks an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in the large-scale Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industry. This role involves developing and executing talent sourcing strategies, talent acquisition management, interview process and reviewing talent pipeline, ensuring business unit meet talent needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition and talent sourcing strategy to meet talent acquisition needs of total corporate.
  • Building strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with growth strategies.
  • Streamlining the recruitment process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies related to talent acquisition efforts.
  • Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the food and beverage manufacturing industry including the commercial division.
  • Promoting company’s brands to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Conducting and providing regular reporting on recruitment metrics to leadership team.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for both commercial corporate and manufacturing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to assess growth needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Solid experience in streamlining hiring strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with external agencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
