Python Technical Manager

Our strategic partner is an international company based in Europe, known for its trusted brand and reputable standing in the advertising industry with a history of significant achievements. Currently, our strategic partner is expanding its business operations in Vietnam and is seeking to fill key positions for its activities in this new market.

Location: Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, Vietnam

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide expert guidance on technical policies, project direction, and technology strategies.
• Infrastructure Design: Design and optimize system infrastructures for optimal performance and reliability.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve system-level issues; establish improvement policies.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance product efficiency.
• Product Development: Actively contribute to new product development and service enhancements.
• Mentorship: Mentor and train engineers to foster skill development and team cohesion.
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure development aligns with stakeholder expectations and evolving needs.
• Process Improvement: Establish and refine Agile processes to optimize efficiency and delivery.
• Operations Management: Oversee delivery processes and manage incident responses effectively.
• Technical Implementation: Lead hands-on technical work, implementing design and policy solutions.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in software development.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading Agile teams.
• Technical Skills: Strong full-stack development experience with Python, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Expertise: Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Cloud Experience: Proficiency in deploying products on AWS or GCP.
• DevOps: Practical knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, AWS Lambda, CI/CD).
• Previous Roles: Prior experience as a Technical Lead, involving architecture design and code reviews.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Scale: Experience with large-scale web application development.
• Language: Professional-level proficiency in English.
