Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AI-powered applications and systems, spanning from front-end user interfaces to robust back-end services.
Integrate AI models and large language models (LLMs) into the application architecture to enhance functionality and user experience.
Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and AI engineers, as well as Product Managers, to architect and implement a scalable front-end and back-end infrastructure for an advanced AI chat service and user data integration system.
Ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities across the entire application stack.
Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive reporting system using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to provide actionable insights and analytics.
Drive the implementation of new features, resolve bugs, and execute projects to optimize product functionality, performance, and scalability.
Write clean, efficient, and high-quality code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Ensure codebase integrity, maintainability, and scalability through systematic code reviews and testing.
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment to define, design, and deliver innovative features that meet business objectives and user needs.
Communicate effectively with team members to align technical solutions with product requirements and timelines.
Ensure the performance, reliability, and responsiveness of developed applications through thorough testing, optimization, and performance tuning.
Continuously research, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency, improve product capabilities, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing complex, scalable applications, with a focus on full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask).
Experience integrating AI models, machine learning algorithms, and large language models (LLMs) into applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for building scalable and secure applications.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and version control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
